During your stay, you can enjoy the wooded park, barbecue, swimming pool, solarium, table tennis in the property; as well as tennis, fitting course, pond, hiking trips in and around the village, Golf in Sablé. It's the ideal departure point so as to visit the Mayenne department, and the "châteaux de la Loire"

• During your stay in La Houzardière, you will have the opportunity of enjoying the closed & wooded park which overcomes the pond and the feudal turf

• Pedestrian walk along the old path

• Swimming pool area. You will be able to use this area after reading the documents & recommendations for safer swimming pools.

• A Ping-Pong table , under the covered playground is available.

• You have the possibility of using the Barbecue situated in the park.

• The village pond is a fishing area (cards are sold here)

• If you brought your tennis rackets, the court is situated 200m away from the house (cards by the hour are sold here)

• Rooms and shared areas are non smoking. Please leave your cigarette butts in the ashtray outside.

• In the cosy living room, on the first floor, you can borrow books from the bookcase, and use the kitchenette to have a hot drink or leave drinks in the fridge.

• Breakfast are served until 10:00am in the main house living room

• Touristic leaflets and maps are available.
